 Mr.  Fotheringham has been building gaming communities and throwing one of a  kind events for almost two decades. He has organized and built events  for industry leaders such as: Microsoft, Nintendo, Blizzard, 343,  Twitch, The Pokemon Company and many others. He has planned and executed  staging, production and organization for some of the largest events  across the United States and Canada. He is a recognizable face within  the industry and is even referred to as the "Godfather of esports."  Through his work within the community and corporate clients he has  gained experience that cannot be bought.  He has the knowledge to  deliver in high pressure circumstances. When faced with challenges like  Apex 2015, he worked with Nintendo, Twitch and the Smash Brothers  community to turn a disaster into a renowned and memorable event. His  experience and attention to fine detail has helped create and execute  initiatives which have spent months in planning with multiple partners.  However, he has also garnered the ability to generate content faster  than anyone else in the industry. One such example is the Microsoft PAX  Prime Halo Invitational which was created within 6 hours and executed 4  days later. When Twitch had less than 48 hours to plan and produce the  staging for Smash@PAX, they called Mr. Fotheringham without hesitation.  He can plan and execute content no matter the size, scope, budget or  time constraint. It is this knowledge, expertise and long-standing  reputation that forged strong relationships within the greater esports  community including professional players, developers, publishers and  community managers across all genres of gaming.

Now  as owner of The Waves Gaming Lounge and Esports Training Facility's he  is bringing a new twist to bar entertainment.  The first location was  built in Corpus Christi Waves Resort.
